Our Red Mountain Cabernet, is back and ready to woo you over with notes of blackberry, black olive, fennel seed, bittersweet chocolate, licorice and a hint of roast beef. The nose is generous and expressive. Talk about structure? This Cabernet features robust tannins and a graceful, polished, and extremely fresh, finish. This is a perfect example of all the beauty Red Mountain has to offer. Composed of fruit hailing from Klipsun, Obelisco and Ciel du Cheval vineyards, this vintage was aged for 21 months on 100% new French oak and 17 months in bottle before being released in November 2013
