2020 Angel

The latest vintage of our 100% Sauvignon Blanc is crisp, bright and lovely. The 2019 vintage is a blend from Red Mountain’s Klipsun vineyard. We fermented 70% of the wine in French oak, 30% in stainless tanks. After 8 weeks, the wine in oak was blended with the tank wine to finish fermenting. The result? A Sauvignon Blanc that has the familiar notes of green apple and lime as well as richer notes of lemon curd, nectarine and honeydew melon. The mouth-feel is zingy, fresh and lively.
