2020 Rookie

We’ve said it before, it’s Jennifer’s favorite and rightfully so! This delicious wine exudes Red Mountain from start to finish. Full of notes of ripe blackberry, black cherry, black currant, clove, and vanilla. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is truly something special. Aged 22 months on 80% new French oak, this vintage of The Rookie is balanced, well-integrated, and features those strong tannins you’re looking for in a Cabernet. Just like The Alibi, the Rookie was sourced from our vines in Quintessence Vineyard.
