2021 The Alibi

This Red Mountain blend is perfectly balanced. Fruit-forward, yet savory, silky, yet strong; a little rock and roll and a little bit of country – ok that last one just means it’s a crowd pleaser! Hailing from the “Guardian block” of Quintessence Vineyard, this gorgeous blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot features notes of Italian plum, baking spices, and vanilla latte. Savory herbs and black pepper linger on the palate. The Alibi was aged 22 months in 56% new French oak. 450 cases produced.
