2022 The Alibi

One of our key Bordeaux blends, this vintage is comprised of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, and 4% Petit Verdot from Quintessence Vineyards in red Mountain. This wine features notes of savory spice and berries on the nose. Now sip, you’ll be greeted by notes of leather, toasty oak, and melted dark chocolate. The Alibi, which was aged on 84% new French oak, is concentrated and powerful. “It would pair beautifully with a wild mushroom risotto or a cozy Beef Bourguignon with a crackly baguette,” Jennifer our owner.
