2025 Angel

Our 2025 Angel hails from Corfu Vineyard in the famous Columbia Valley. This vintage is elegant, and fresh featuring immediate notes of green apple, that falls into the crisp floral, citrus of kumquat, with a hint of honeycomb, both the sweetness of the honey and the texture of the comb itself. Fermented on a mix of stainless steel and neutral French oak creates a lovely balance of acidity with richness and a long finish. Perfect for a sunny afternoon on the deck eating a buttery lemon white  fish dish, with a herby green salad.
